Liscia is a municipality located in the province of Chieti at 740 meters (2428 feet) of altitude. Liscia has 712 inhabitants and a surface area of 8.18 square kilometers (3.16 square miles).
Liscia was part of the Kingdom of Naples before the unification of Italy (1861) and belonged to the former Abruzzo Citra province.
